Shipping Policy
Information for normal order processing and shipping times is below. If you need to expedite your order processing or shipment, please contact us for a quote.
We currently ship in the contiguous U.S. only.
All orders ship from Colorado via FedEx Ground Service.
Internet orders are typically processed and assembled within 1-4 business days and higher volume order processing times are quoted individually. We offer standard “Ground” shipping (1-5 business days) for all online orders. If you need expedited order processing or “Next Day Air” (1 business day) shipping, please contact us for a quote.
Please remember to account for processing times before shipping transit times when planning the arrival of your order. Arrival will depend on destination, selected service level plus order processing time (1-4 business days). We ship orders Monday through Friday via FedEx, excluding holidays and the day after Thanksgiving. Average transit time for Ground delivery is 1-5 business days.

Shipping Confirmation Emails
Shipping confirmation emails with your FedEx tracking #(s) will be sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. If you have any questions about the shipment or do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us and we can provide you with the tracking information.
Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know so we can help you with a return or exchange.
Unused / unopened merchandise may be returned by mail or small parcel carrier, such as FedEx or UPS, back to our warehouse. (Please contact us for exact instructions.) Once your return is received, we will credit you back the cost of the merchandise minus a 10% restocking fee.
